Reynolds Development Company is a private real estate management and development company founded in 2001. The company specializes in commercial real estate investing, management and development.

In Virginia, the company owns and manages Reynolds Crossing located at Broad Street & Interstate 64 in Richmond, Virginia. Reynolds Crossing consists of approximately 300,000 square feet of leased Class A office space and 72 developable acres.

The current proposed development plan for the 72 acres consist of a 260 room full service hotel, 250,000 square feet of office space, and approximately 215,000 square feet of retail. Construction is expected to begin in late 2005.
